Aventus are currently seeking an experienced VP of Private Equity to join a leading buyside entity based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in private equity within the local and international markets.
As the Vice President of Private Equity, you will play a pivotal role in driving the investment strategy, executing transactions, and optimizing portfolio performance. Leveraging your 6+ years of experience in leading buyside/sellside originations, you will contribute to the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, while also spearheading value creation initiatives and fostering digital transformation within our portfolio.

• Team Leadership and Development
Requirements:
• Bilingual in Arabic and English
• Strong financial acumen, with proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
