Job description

Telecom Operations:

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of telecom projects (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson).
  2. Ensure timely integration, commissioning, and acceptance of telecom sites.
  3. Manage multi-vendor telecom environments, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
  4. Supervise and track site progress, telecom rollout schedules, and ensure quality standards are met.
  5. Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
  6. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships with Huawei, Nokia, and Ericsson partners.
  7. Oversee subcontractor performance and compliance.
  8. Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor deliverables and timelines.
  9. Ensure alignment between vendor services and project needs.

Administration & Reporting:

  1. Maintain documentation related to project status, staff performance, and vendor activity.
  2. Coordinate with HR and Finance for manpower, iqama, visa, and fund-related issues.
  3. Submit timely reports to senior management on operational performance and challenges.
  4. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operational support.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  2. Coordinate between project teams, site engineers, PMs, and clients.
  3. Participate in monthly and quarterly review meetings with clients and management.

Compliance & Legal:

  1. Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and telecom regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor legal stay of expatriate employees (Iqama, Muqeem, Qiwa processing).
  3. Support HR in resolving employee grievances and onboarding processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelors degree in Telecom Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 710 years of experience in telecom operations (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson).
  3. Prior experience in managing telecom rollout projects in KSA is mandatory.
  4. Strong knowledge of local labor law, vendor management, and project documentation.
