Doka MEAAP is currently looking to recruit a career-driven professional to join its versatile team in Navi Mumbai, India. The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.

As a valued member of our engineering team, you will be based in our Navi Mumbai, India office, working on projects across the Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific (MEAAP) regions.

• Regular contact with customers and the sales organization as a problem solver and discussion partner.
• Work with sales to produce AutoCAD drawings using Doka formwork systems during the proposal stage of construction projects.
• Finalize drawings for actual jobsites, ensuring proper use of Doka forming equipment, and that designs are safe, economical, and efficient.
• Prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
• Provide material lists for quotations to Sales and Operations teams for shipments to the site.
• Participate in staff training programs to ensure continuous training in calculations, formwork, product knowledge, and software applications.
• Support the Sales Team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet customer needs and comply with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure work is designed with available inventory and in conformance with contractual obligations.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, standards of performance, and compliance.
• Perform any other official duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Experiences

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 9 years of design engineering experience in the formwork or related industry.
• Knowledge of Doka Formwork Systems is an advantage.
• Outstanding skills in AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, Revit, & Inventor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders.

• The ability to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
• Well-developed analytical skills and technical proficiency.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment on standard and major projects.
• Willingness to travel and be mobile.
