Job summary
A leading testing and certification company is seeking an NDT RTFI Technician in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of NDT experience, particularly in Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation, along with Aramco certification. Responsibilities include conducting tests, analyzing films, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in oil and gas facilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NDT, 2+ years specifically in RTFI.
- Proven experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Familiarity with AWS, ASME, and API codes related to NDT.
Responsibilities
- Conduct radiographic testing and film interpretation.
- Prepare reports on inspection findings.
- Collaborate with other NDT specialists.

Mandatory Aramco certification in Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation (RTFI) - PROJECT category
- Full-time
- Conduct radiographic testing and film interpretation on various components and structures in oil and gas facilities
- Analyze and interpret radiographic films to identify defects, anomalies, or potential issues in materials and welds in accordance with specific codes and standards
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with other NDT specialists and engineers to resolve complex inspection challenges
- Stay updated on the latest NDT techniques and industry best practices
- Should work with RT Crew as a crew member as and when required
- A Diploma or bachelor's degree in Science
- Mandatory Aramco certification in Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation (RTFI)
- Level II certification in Radiographic Testing (RT)
- Must have verifiable training hours in accordance with the requirements of SNT-TC-1A
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NDT, 2 + years’ experience specifically in RTFI
- Proven experience working in the oil and gas industry
- Proficiency in using NDT equipment and interpreting radiographic films
- Familiarity with AWS, ASME and API codes related to NDT
