Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in the HVAC sector.
  • Successful track record in the KSA market and HVAC industry.
  • Strong product knowledge of Chillers and Airside products; VRV/VRF is a plus.

  • Promote and sell A/C equipment in Eastern Province.
  • Achieve sales booking, invoicing, and margin targets.
  • Generate new enquiries and customers, including contractors.
  • Prepare commercial and technical offers.

Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell Daikin A/C equipment in Eastern Province.
  • Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target assigned by management.
  • Generate new enquiries and customers (contractors and sub-contractors)
  • Review enquiries, Preparing Commercial and technical offers and follow up with application team.
  • Follow up on submittals for approvals from Client / Consultant.
  • Familiarity with the industry trends and competition
  • Negotiation of contractual/commercial terms
  • Coordinate with Service team to provide After Sales support to existing customers.
  • Project Payment follow up and Realization
  • Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes
  • Input, Monitor and Update CRM data on regular basis and prepare sales reports for the management
  • Visit customer sites for meetings, presentations, and demonstrations as required.
  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Account management within DKSA, working with Consulting sales and application team.
  • Ensure payments collection on time as per agreed payment terms.
  • Order management and delivery to customers promptly and reliably keeping in mind Customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Monthly Reports on Performance adhering to deadlines
  • Participate in review meetings and take note of any challenges to take necessary actions.
Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

  • At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector, especially applied.
  • Successful track Record in KSA market and HVAC industry
  • Strong experience on contractual terms & conditions
  • Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside products, knowledge in VRV/VRF is a plus.
  • Customer Management
  • Driving license

Education:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree
  • MBA is a plus.

  • Geographic coverage and follow up leads from management
