Job summary
A leading technology company in Al Jubayl is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to handle design, installation, and support of networking systems, including CISCO, Microsoft, and Juniper technologies. Candidates should have a diploma in Computer Science or Engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate under pressure while ensuring project deliverables are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience in computer networks with CICSO routers, firewalls, and switches.
- At least three years experience in network-based security systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design, install, and configure MS Exchange Server.
- Provide user training on installed equipment and software.
- Prepare detailed installation documents and troubleshooting reports.

Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Electrical, Electronic or related field)
Certificate in computer networks, CCNA, CCNP, and MCSE-with Exchange
Minimum of five years of recent previous experience in computer networks working with CICSO routers, firewall and switches (design, installation and support).
Minimum of five years of recent previous experience in Micosoft environement working with MS Windows Server - upto 2003, Active Directory and MS exchange - upto 2003 (design, implementation, and support).
Minimum of three years experience working with Juniper or equivelant Network Management (design, implementation, and support)
Minimum of three years experience in network based security -Symantec, CA, or McAfee (design, implementation, and support) is a bonus
Mimimum of three years experience in data back up and recovery (RAID, Clustered)
Good knowledge and working experience with Network Attached Storage configuration is a bonus
Ability to work under pressure (sometimes extreme) and meet tight and often unrealistic deadlines.
High standard and attention to detail in project implementation.
Excellent report writing skills
Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Be prepared to travel (Major Saudi Cities) and work outside hours
Will be involved in MS Server commercial installation and projects from start to finish
Design, Installation, configuration, integration and test of MS exchange server
Design, Installation, configuration and testing of CISCO switches, routers and firewalls
Design, Installation, configuration and testing of Juniper network management
Design, Installation, configuration and testing of Network Security systems (Symantec, McAfee)
Conduct onsite user and administrative training to customers on the operation of installed equipment, and software.
Design, Installation, configuration and testing ofback up and recovery systems (RAID and Clusters)
Trouble-shooting of IP above mentioned systems equipment
Provide support to our Helpdesk by trouble-shooting videoconferencing and A/V equipment and network issues through to resolution
Take part in customer site surveys and provide sales engineering support
Prepare detailed installation documents and trouble-shooting reports
