• Act as a financial advisor to various departments, delivering expert insights to inform business strategies and operational decisions.
• Prepare, analyze, and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets align with organizational goals.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Build and maintain financial models to support project evaluations and investment decisions.

• 5‑8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong emphasis on business partnering and financial analysis.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in financial modeling techniques and advanced Excel functionalities.
• Familiarity with financial management software and ERP systems is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
