• Manage, train and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Managing the finance team in accounting, optimizations and investments.
• Delivering daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with forecasts.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Helping CFO in managing relationship with outsourced service providers like Legal, Auditor, Tax consultant and outsources resource provider.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Carry additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager, finance and administration.
• Receiving and recording vendors invoices.
• Accounts Receivables / Payable Reconciliation.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Petty Cash Reconciliation.
• Updating the Daily Bank Transaction.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Comply with zakat, GOSI and tax financial policies and regulations.

• 1-3 years of experience in Saudi.
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree.
• Work experience as an Accountant in IT or services based industry is a must.
• Good experience in google suite (google sheets, docs, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
