A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Senior Techno Functional Oracle HCM Consultant based in Riyadh. The consultant will support HRMS modules, train end users, and implement Oracle solutions. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience with Oracle HCM implementations, particularly in financial and private sectors. This role involves consultation, innovative problem-solving, and periodic reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Good experience in Oracle Human Capital Management 'Oracle HCM' Implementation.
• Comprehensive experience in Enhancements/Fixing projects for Oracle HCM.
• Experience in Financial & Private Sectors is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Consultancy and support of the HRMS modules.
• Held responsibility for the implementation of new HRMS modules.
• Train non-technical staff and prepare documentation.
• Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the PM.
• Work with team members to drive the ongoing implementation.
