المُلخص: نبحث عن فني كهرباء ماهر للانضمام إلى فريق إدارة وصيانة المرافق في الرياض. يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلًا على دبلوم فني، ولديه خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال صيانة الكهرباء داخل قطاع إدارة وصيانة المرافق، ويشترط أن تكون هذه الخبرة من داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجّي (GCC). تشمل المهام تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الكهربائية، حل الأعطال الفنية، وضمان كفاءة وسلامة الأنظمة الكهربائية.
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance in buildings and facilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and technical standards
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems
- Collaborate with facility management teams and supervisors
- Report faults, suggest improvements, and maintain accurate records
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأنظمة الكهربائية في المباني والمرافق
- تركيب، فحص، تشخيص، وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية والأنظمة المرتبطة بها
- التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال تتم وفقًا لأنظمة ومعايير السلامة الفنية
- إجراء الفحوصات الدورية والاختبارات اللازمة للأنظمة الكهربائية
- التنسيق مع فرق إدارة المرافق والمشرفين
- رفع التقارير الفنية، تقديم الاقتراحات، وتوثيق كافة أعمال الصيانة
- Technical Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Technology
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management and electrical maintenance
- GCC experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) – must be able to speak, read, and write both languages
- Saudi Nationality is required (as per Saudization regulations)
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
- دبلوم فني أو ما يعادله في تخصص الكهرباء
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صيانة الكهرباء ضمن قطاع إدارة وصيانة المرافق
- يشترط الخبرة من داخل دول مجلس Cooperation الخليج GCC
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الكهرباء وإجراءات السلامة وحل الأعطال
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات الفنية والرسومات الكهربائية
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وقراءةً وكتابةً)
- الجنسية السعودية شرط أساسي (حسب متطلبات التوطين)
- الإقامة في الرياض أو الاستعداد للانتقال
