Job summary
A leading IT company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and optimize the Nexthink platform. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Computer Science and 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure roles. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing Nexthink tasks, and generating reports for stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual capable of effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar.
- Prior experience with Nexthink platform is mandatory.
- Experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage Nexthink administrative activities and daily tasks.
- Generate performance reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Nexthink issues.

Work Location: Onsite in Riyadh.
Working Hours: From Sunday to Thursday during normal working hours.
- Responsible for Nexthink administrative activities and daily tasks.
- Generate and distribute periodic performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Nexthink.
- Manage and maintain Nexthink, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to provide insights regarding recurring issues to improve the environment.
- Provide reports and analysis related to user experience data.
- Assist to optimize the tool and get the value from it.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure system updates and regular maintenance is provided by Nexthink.
- Open support tickets to Nexthink when needed to fix issues.
- Ensure Nexthink is handling the incident tickets and the system is up and running normally.
- Assist in change requests related to Nexthink, reconfigurations and optimizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.
- Prior experience working with Nexthink platform is mandatory.
- Experience working in a corporate or enterprise IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of Nexthink platform, including administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with system performance monitoring and optimization.
- Understanding of networking, end-user computing, and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to generate reports and insights based on system and user data.
- Experience in incident handling, root cause analysis, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
