  • Automated software packaging, updates, and patch management workflows.
  • Own compliance reporting and audit closure for endpoint security and asset management.
  • Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, bash, and Python to streamline operations.
  • Integrate endpoint platforms with CMDB, security tools, and telemetry dashboards.
  • Lead incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
  • Govern change management for endpoint releases to ensure reliability.
  • Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Applications teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support escalations for endpoint solutions.
  • Administer and support O365 (Microsoft 365) services and email systems, including user management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS administration
  • Advanced patch management and compliance enforcement
  • Automation skills using PowerShell, bash, and Python
  • Security hardening of endpoints and infrastructure
  • Administration of O365 (Microsoft 365): Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
