We are seeking to hire a Business Analyst to join our team, who has good experience conducting all business consultation activities and has the knowledge of developing business solutions, advice, insights, and critical thinking.

The ideal candidate must be able to work within a team environment, manage team deliverables, and ensure high quality across different projects. Additionally, they should possess analytical skills to analyze project requirements, identify objectives, and align deliverables with the budget. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, conducting studies, and facilitating communication within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and run a wide variety of projects.
• Conduct (as-is analysis, gap analysis, and the associative tools).
• Risk, issue, and change management - maintain mechanisms to manage change control, risks, and issues within specific projects.
• Identify project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Develop new business processes and analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed deliverables of higher quality.
• Evaluate project outcomes in terms of quality, consistency, accuracy, overall value, completion dates, and provider performance.
• Lead knowledge building and sharing, using knowledge management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
• Coordinate with others to utilize learning and development tools and techniques to analyze, identify and communicate requirements for change.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, engineering management, business management, marketing, statistics, computer science, or MIS.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the consulting industry, including its practices, competitors, and typical problems that it faces.
• Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.
• Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans to implement solutions.
