About the job Business System Specialist

We are looking for (Business System Specialist) (Saudi National) responsible for assist theday-to-day operations and performances of the Online Learning programs andplatforms. The role will be responsible for the efficiency of businessoperations ensuring the alignment of the different key activities. The rolewill also develop the business requirement for the systems required to operatethe online learning platform, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) andwebsite.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the business requirementfor the online learning platform, CRM and entrepreneurship website.
• Collaborate with differentstakeholders to build the entrepreneurship online portal.
• Organize and coordinate operationsto maximize the online learning reach and efficiency.
• Optimize the online learningplatform and its infrastructure for the best search engine performance andvisibility.
• Manage multiple service providersand coordinate efforts and deliver on project timelines.
• Compile and analyze data analyticsabout the user behavior and generate reports accordingly.
• Oversee Key Performance Indicatorsfor the system and the center and generate reports and assess performanceaccordingly.
• Run system analysis and drivesystem procurement for the needs of the Center.
• Manage projects and systemdeployment from planning to execution including budget controls and projecttimelines.
• Oversee critical projects andalign with internal units within the Entrepreneurship Center.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within therealm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of his/herposition.

Qualifications:

• Must have bachelor degree of computerScience or related Field.
• Must be out of work for more than threemonths.
• Must be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Experience inSystem Development and Analysis.
• Startup Experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English language and Arabic languageis a plus.
