Qualifications

• Provide analytical findings and recommendations for routine P&PM tasks.
• Conduct special P&PM-related studies including performance initiatives.
• Perform other related staff and analytical duties as assigned.

Technical Requirements

• Provide analytical findings and recommendations related to routine P&PM tasks, including business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.
• Conduct special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and redesign of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes.
• Perform other related staff and analytical duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Certifications Required

• Preference given to candidates with CMA, CFA, CPA, or KPI certification

Preferred Major

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems (MIS)

GPA Scale

• For a 4.0 scale GPA: Minimum 2.5/4.0 with relevant experience
• For a 5.0 scale GPA: Minimum 3.5/5.0 with relevant experience
