Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will provide quick and personalized food and beverage service to all guests.
What you will be doing as a Waiter/Waitress:
- Reflect the Frasers Hospitality philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to customers and employees, maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Attend briefing prior to the restaurant opening, be well groomed, and equipped with basic aids for operation.
- Knowledge of all F&B standard operating procedures, quality presentation, service, and products.
- Knowledge of the area competition, promotional concepts.
- Knowledge of wines and beverages, food trends, and seasonal foods.
- Knowledge of the specialties served in the restaurant.
- Equip oneself with knowledge of “du jour” items, “not-available” items, menu preparations, and presentations.
- Complete mis-en-scène and mis-en-place before the shift.
- Clean and polish silverware, glassware, and chinaware. Ensure all equipment is properly utilized.
- Maintain good team spirit and working atmosphere by setting a good example, giving clear instructions, and following up on results.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are enthusiastic, passionate about food and customer experience, and enjoy working as part of a team that shares the same passion. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience working in professional kitchens.
