Malayalee Waiter


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Malayalee Waiter to join our team at a restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables and present menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Suggest menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are properly set up with utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with opening or closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee (preferred)
- Previous waiter experience is required
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of POS systems is preferred but not required
