A logistics management company based in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse activities, including inventory control and team management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in spare parts warehousing, strong leadership qualities, and proficiency in WMS and SAP. This role demands the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, as well as effective coordination with logistics partners.

Job Description

The Warehouse Manager at Neweast Company is responsible for the overall management and coordination of warehouse activities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control of spare parts. This role oversees daily operations, leads warehouse teams, and implements strategies to optimize productivity, safety, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
  • Plan, organize, and control all warehouse activities inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all parts orders to meet delivery schedules.
  • Manage daily workflow, resource allocation, and shift planning for all warehouse operations.
  • Oversee order fulfillment for both bulk and non-bulk (same-day) deliveries.
  • Ensure warehouse layout, racking, and storage systems are optimized for maximum capacity and efficiency.
  • Monitor the proper handling, labeling, and storage of all spare parts to avoid damage or loss.
  • Maintain cleanliness.
Inventory & Stock Control
  • Ensure 100% accuracy between system stock (SAP & WMS) and physical stock.
  • Oversee cycle counts, stock audits, and annual inventory activities.
  • Investigate and resolve any stock variances or discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory movement and coordinate with the planning team for reorder and replenishment.
  • Manage aged, obsolete, and slow‑moving items.
  • Maintain proper bin location accuracy.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse supervisors, team leaders, forklift drivers, and checkers.
  • Conduct daily briefing sessions to set priorities, targets, and performance goals.
  • Ensure effective training and cross‑training of all warehouse staff on SOPs, systems, and safety.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance through measurable KPIs and regular appraisals.
  • Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, attendance, and overtime management professionally.
Logistics & Distribution Coordination
  • Coordinate with transporters and 3PL partners for daily delivery operations.
  • Monitor on‑time delivery performance (OTD) and lead‑time adherence.
  • Manage fleet utilization, delivery route planning, and truck scheduling.
  • Ensure proper documentation (Delivery Notes, Load Lists, POD) for every dispatch.
  • Track and analyze logistics costs and suggest cost‑saving initiatives without affecting service levels.
Systems & Reporting
  • Oversee usage and data accuracy in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS / SAP).
  • Approve system transactions for receiving, transfers, adjustments, and dispatch.
  • Generate and review all daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to: Stock accuracy, Warehouse utilization, Order fulfillment and delivery performance, Safety and manpower productivity.
  • Maintain a digital filing system for all operational documents and reports.
  • Ensure system integration and proper workflow between warehouse and ERP systems.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Enforce full compliance with HSE standards and Civil Defense requirements.
  • Conduct daily and monthly safety inspections and housekeeping audits.
  • Ensure all staff use PPE and follow safe material‑handling procedures.
  • Monitor the maintenance of fire systems, equipment, and forklifts.
  • Prepare for and participate in safety and quality audits.
  • Report any incidents, near‑misses, or safety violations immediately and take corrective action.
Budget & Cost Management
  • Prepare and monitor the annual warehouse budget (OPEX).
  • Control warehouse operating costs manpower, utilities, packaging, and transport.
  • Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives through process optimization.
  • Evaluate vendor and 3PL invoices against contractual rates.
Process Improvement & Projects
  • Lead process improvement projects.
  • Review and improve operational workflows for better turnaround and efficiency.
  • Benchmark operations against industry best practices.
  • Introduce new reporting dashboards and data‑driven performance analysis.
Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as the main communication link between warehouse, sales, procurement, and logistics.
  • Provide timely feedback to management on operational bottlenecks or risks.
  • Ensure transparent communication within the warehouse team regarding goals, challenges, and expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in spare parts warehousing.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of WMS & SAP. (LFS Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of automotive spare parts, SKU management, and CBM loading.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑growing environment.
  • English language with advantage of Arabic.
  • Immediate joining preferable.
  • Preferer to be in Saudi Arabia.
