Eram Talent is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Turnaround, Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a division of ERAM Group, This role is crucial for ensuring that our assets run reliably and efficiently, especially during planned turnarounds.

In this position, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance activities, focusing on improving reliability and minimizing downtime during turnaround events. Your expertise will help us achieve our operational goals while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate turnaround activities, ensuring all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess maintenance, reliability, and turnaround needs.
  • Analyze equipment reliability data to determine critical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to maintenance and turnaround performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential turnaround challenges.
  • Implement best practices in maintenance and reliability to enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Engage with vendors and contractors to ensure the quality of work during turnaround projects.
  • Facilitate training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the maintenance team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and turnaround activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering with 10+ years of experience in the filed of assets management, reliability, maintenance or turnarounds.
