Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in telecom field for DVM, MPLS-TP and DWDM.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management or planning, preferably in system business.

Responsibilities

• Study technical documents to define customer’s requirement.
• Prepare technical/commercial offers for telecom scopes.
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers for telecom products.
• Responsible for pre/post bid clarifications.
• Coordinate with sales, customers & project management groups.
• Attend technical meetings with clients and suppliers.
