Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Makkah is looking for a motivated individual to implement sales plans and promote services. The candidate should have a passion for hospitality and possess basic English skills. This role is open to Saudi Nationals, including fresh graduates. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly are essential.

Qualifications

  • Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales plans outlined in the Marketing plan.
  • Promote and produce sales leads for Moevenpick Hotel Hajar Tower Makkah.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market conditions.

Job Description
  • Implements all sales plans related to him / her as outlined in the Marketing plan.
  • Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his / her marketing area as part of the central filing system.
  • Promotes and produces sales leads for Moevenpick Hotel Hajar Tower Makkah.
  • Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales and Marketing, to major marketing areas, calling on accounts within their specific marketing area. Reports to Sales Manager on potential markets needing coverage.
  • Provides feedback to the Sales Manager on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his / her market areas. Arrange and accompanies clients on Site inspection trips to hotel by major clients.
  • Disseminates sales related information to other departments as appropriate through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts.
  • Maintains a high level of exposure in the hotel in major market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts.
  • Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
  • Solicit sales from existing qualified accounts.
  • Telephone solicitation.
  • Presentation to group of decision-makers.
  • Follow up and service accounts (by telephone, personal calls, telexes and correspondence).
Qualifications
  • Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
