Job summary

A logistics company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Civil Supervisor to oversee the execution of civil works. You will ensure project quality, manage labor teams, and monitor compliance with standards. Job description

As a Civil Supervisor you\'ll be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil works by supervising labour teams on scheduling, resource management and compliance to standards, and providing status reports for assigned Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise all works completed onsite to ensure required quality and productivity
• Monitor completion goals for subcontractors and delivery dates for materials
• Supervise and lead foremen, lead men, skilled labor, and work crew assigned to the project
• Daily site visits to monitor and track daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual
• Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpower
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to achieve productive outcomes for the project
• Provide reports on works completed
• Coordinate tasks and ensure adherence to quality, health & safety, and environmental standards, company policies, and conformance to contract standards and specifications

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction project management
• Additional technical qualification/certification/license would be an advantage
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English

Your Proficiencies

• Able to work with hands-on approach coupled with excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to make informed decisions and resolve issues with minimal supervision
• Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials)
• Committed to complying with various codes and regulatory standards for quality and safety
