Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider in Jeddah is seeking a Technician responsible for site installation and commissioning of GIS and AIS switchgear. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electrical Engineering, 2-3 years of on-site experience, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical substations. Candidates fluent in English and Arabic will be preferred, in line with Saudization requirements. This role offers relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years on-site experience in electrical fields.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site installation and commissioning of GIS and AIS switchgear.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical substations.
• Maintain back-office reporting and customer documentation.

Skills

E&C experience of 230 & 380 kV substations

Knowledge of electrical switchgear

Troubleshooting skills

Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings

Experience in preventive maintenance

Education

Diploma in Electrical Engineering
