Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Conduct detailed structural assessments and feasibility studies to inform project development and execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other professionals to integrate structural designs with overall project objectives.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for structural designs and assessments.
  • Utilize advanced software tools and technologies for structural modeling, simulation, and analysis.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Participate in project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Stay abreast of new developments in structural engineering, codes, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of engineering systems, technologies, principles, codes, and practices.
  • Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organized approach.
  • Proficient with relevant software programs.
  • Willingness to relocate, if required.
  • Must have a valid SCE Membership (Professional or Consultant).
  • Must have a valid and transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).
