Key Responsibilities

• Advice clients end-to-end on Global Business Services, Shared Service Centers, Center of Excellence, digital process transformation, Organization structure design, Working Capital optimization, Strategic cost optimization, Treasury operations.
• Leading assessment & design of the Shared Services Target Operating Model, detailed Governance and Interaction Model, preparation to Transition, baselining across various sites, and business case development for the proposed org structure.
• Assess how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Perform Shared Service feasibility assessments, benchmarking projects and propose Transformation Roadmaps.
• Implement performance and continuous improvement measures.
• Manage the change impact assessment that transitioned for various business units.
• Significantly contribute to the sales pipeline and to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals.
