A leading electrical manufacturing company in Dammam is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The role involves procurement, logistics, and warehousing management while ensuring on-time delivery and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of supply chain experience, strong SAP knowledge, and a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12-18 years of experience in supply chain roles within electrical manufacturing.
• Strong experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time supply of materials and services in line with production and project demands.
• Lead procurement and sourcing activities to achieve best pricing, quality, and commercial terms.
• Optimize inventory levels and improve inventory turns to support working capital targets.
• Develop and manage vendor selection, evaluation, and performance improvement programs.
• Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements with suppliers and freight forwarders.
