Job Summary:

The Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring vital signs. This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional who can deliver high-quality care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Patient Care:
    Provide direct care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Assist with daily activities and provide support as necessary.
  • Medication Administration:
    Administer prescribed medications in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring patient safety and compliance with medical orders.
  • Monitoring Vital Signs:
    Regularly monitor and document patients’ vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) to detect any changes in their condition.
  • Patient Assessments:
    Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients to evaluate their condition, identify potential risks, and report findings to the healthcare team.
  • Procedure Assistance:
    Assist with medical procedures, ensuring that the necessary instruments and equipment are prepared and sterile.
  • Collaborative Care:
    Work closely with physicians, healthcare providers, and other nursing staff to ensure effective and coordinated care for patients.
  • Patient Education:

  • Documentation:
