A confidential organization is seeking a project manager to oversee finishing and construction projects in Jeddah. The role involves planning, coordinating activities, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with at least 7 years of project management experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities related to finishing and construction.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Skills
