Job Description: Site Engineer (High-End Fit-out)

Location: Jeddah, KSA (Initial Assignment) – Must be willing to relocate for future projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Site Engineer to lead the interior fit-out and renovation of premium high-end offices in Jeddah. This role demands an uncompromising eye for detail and the ability to manage sophisticated finishes, bespoke joinery, and integrated MEP systems. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader capable of managing high-pressure schedules while maintaining "boutique" quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Luxury Execution & Detail Management

• Oversee the daily installation of premium finishes, including marble/stone cladding, bespoke joinery, decorative glass, and high-end acoustic ceilings.
• Ensure that "snag-free" quality is achieved the first time by supervising subcontractors with extreme precision.
• Review architectural details and "shop drawings" to ensure seamless transitions between different materials (e.g., floor-to-wall junctions and recessed lighting).

2. Site Management & Subcontractor Coordination

• Manage a diverse range of specialized subcontractors (Joinery, MEP, Flooring, Glazing).
• Act as the primary site lead for Renovation Works, ensuring that demolition and structural modifications are handled safely without damaging existing building services.
• Direct labor and resources to meet tight project milestones while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional site environment (5S standards).

3. MEP & Tech Integration

• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure that AC diffusers, sprinkler heads, and smart-office sensors are perfectly aligned with the architectural ceiling layouts.
• Ensure all "behind-the-wall" services are inspected and signed off before final finishes are applied.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design (Engineering background preferred).
• Experience: 5–10 years of site experience, with at least 3 years specifically in high-end office fit-outs or 5-star hospitality projects.
• Technical Expertise: * Deep understanding of luxury materials and high-spec installation methods.
• Experience in Renovation/Refurbishment (managing site constraints in existing buildings).
• Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex schedules and lead large site teams.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (required for client/consultant meetings) and Arabic (essential for site management).
• Mobility: Currently based in or able to move to Jeddah, with full willingness to relocate to other regions within KSA for future projects.

Training & Certifications (Preferred/Plus)

• BIM & Design Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit to resolve ceiling/service clashes is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for client-facing interactions and strong "meticulous" problem-solving skills.
