In this critical role, you will manage and oversee financial contracts related to our innovative projects in the entertainment sector. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, optimize financial performance, and mitigate risks associated with contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review Templates and assure compliance
  • Review RFP Packages
  • Review contractual T&Cs
  • Summarize contractual actions
  • Align and communicate with stakeholders
  • Conduct Contractor Financial Due-diligence
  • Conduct Award Analysis
  • Formulate financial negotiation strategy
  • Attend and document negotiation meetings
  • Assure to limit company exposure in nonstandard agreements
  • Bid Review Program (BRP) review & input
  • Assure competitiveness of bidders
  • Enforce compliance
  • Provide adequate financial advice to relative proponents
  • Analyze Data & Formulate Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reports
  • Innovatively enhance business operations & controls
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in contracts management, particularly in financial contexts, preferably in the construction or entertainment industries.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis and contract terms understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to negotiate effectively and present information clearly.
  • Proficient in contract management software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
