Job Objective:

To lead and develop technical products aligned with the organization's strategic goals by transforming market and internal needs into effective technological solutions. This role leverages deep knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and extensive experience in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and planning to design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancement or new product development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure successful product delivery.
• Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and prioritize features and specifications based on business impact and user needs.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and use data-driven insights to guide decisions and improvements.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation for technical product development.
• Ensure high-quality user experiences by applying UX/UI best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that support product growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on product performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Software Engineering).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in project and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certification in product management (e.g., CSPO, AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute).
• Experience with cloud technologies and customer-facing digital products.
• Good understanding of information security and data privacy considerations in product development
