We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management within the transportation sector, and a solid background in spare parts procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of spare parts (local & international).
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective purchases.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct regular vendor evaluations and audits.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure timely spare parts availability.
• Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Prepare comparison sheets, LPOs, and cost analysis reports for management decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure accurate documentation and full compliance with company procurement policies.
• Work within ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or TMS.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Must have worked exclusively in the Transportation or Logistics industry.
• Expertise in spare parts procurement, sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts categories for trucks & Dyna (engine, suspension, braking, tires, hydraulics, electrical, filters, lubricants, body accessories).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing local & international suppliers with focus on cost optimization and performance.
• Proven experience in developing procurement policies and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in preparing LPOs, comparison sheets, and cost analysis reports.
• Strong ethics, documentation accuracy, and compliance discipline.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or TMS.
