Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in the mining / petrochemical or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the MA’ADEN strategic plan.
• Assure compliance to the projects contracts.
• Support onboarding of new stakeholders for mega projects.
• Provide customized contracting solutions.
• Lead negotiation process for high-value contracts.
• Manage mega project claims and disputes.

Education

Minimum University Degree in engineering or construction law
