The sales senior officer is responsible for coordinating and monitoring sales activities, ensuring smooth operations before and after the sale, and supporting the achievement of business objectives across all regions. The tasks include but not limited to creating and reviewing sales orders, preparing reports and maintaining efficient communication between departments.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets by coordinating activities with management, clients, and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams (Production, QC, Accounts, and Logistics) to meet requirements, address inquiries, and resolve pending issues.
- Create and manage new customer codes, quotations, purchase / sales orders (COC) in the SAP system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payment collections, ensuring proper coordination with the Accounts Department to resolve any collection issues.
- Prepare and maintain various sales reports, including sales and collection reports, weekly dispatch forecasts, and monthly/yearly summaries for management.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide the necessary documents or reports as required.
- Assist in preparing and submitting registration, prequalification forms, and technical submittals for projects and clients.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to finalize orders, resolve issues, or discuss payment delays.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of sales processes and administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare credit notes requests and return of payments.
