Qualifications

• Strong expertise in asset allocation, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• CFA charter or progress towards it is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies in line with the company's policy.
• Manage asset allocation across various asset classes to optimise returns.
• Source and perform due diligence on external investment managers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations.
• Generate regular investment performance reports for stakeholders.
