Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental policies. You will lead compliance efforts, conduct risk assessments, and manage HSE programs to ensure safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in HSE roles, a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, and strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations. This role plays a crucial part in accident prevention and fostering safety culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years working experience with 5 years in HSE.
• GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards.
• Provide leadership to HSE teams and contractors.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning.
• Develop HSE training programs for employees.
