Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Human Resources Specialist to provide advanced HR support across multiple areas including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. This role involves managing complex HR issues and contributes to strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, 5+ years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of HR principles and local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • +5 years of HR experience.
  • HR certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and manage employee relations cases.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and support onboarding activities.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in compensation analysis and benefits administration.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Lead or participate in strategic HR projects.

Education
