  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for site-based staff.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain audit-ready employee files.
  • Act as the first contact for HR-related issues and grievances.
  • Manage health insurance policy updates and renewals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR lifecycle for our office and site-based employees, ensuring 100% compliance with Saudi Labor Law and optimizing our operational workflows. If you have a deep understanding of the KSA government portals and the unique challenges of the construction sector (manpower mobilization, site housing, and end-of-service), we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Government Portals Management: Lead all activities on Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad. Handle Iqama renewals, profession changes, and contract authentication.
  • Payroll & WPS: Support monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS) via Mudad.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, particularly for blue-collar and site-based staff. Calculate accurate End of Service (EOS) benefits.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure all employee files and company licenses are up to date and audit-ready. Maintain the company’s Nitaqat status.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for site-related HR issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Medical Insurance: Manage the annual renewal and daily additions/deletions for the company’s health insurance policy.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–4 years of solid HR Operations experience, specifically within the Construction or Contracting industry in KSA.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of KSA government portals and HRIS software.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the "Nitaqat" system, Saudization targets, and recent labor law updates.
