The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Provides strategic leadership across all stages of design, coordinating with construction, commercial, procurement, and programme teams.
• Defines and approves consultant appointments across all design disciplines.
• Leads and manages LDC design teams and daily operations across multiple projects.
• Presents KPIs and management review data to project and functional leadership.
• Contributes to work-winning efforts and supports business growth initiatives.
• Leads identification and delivery of relevant training to enhance team performance.
• Initiates improvements in project delivery plans, tools, and design management processes.
• Promotes net zero carbon goals, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging internal knowledge bases and CoE resources.

You’ll need to have:

• Experience working in design management for interior or fit out projects within the GCC.
• A relevant degree/education background i.e. architecture/engineering.
• Extensive experience working in a design management role.
