JobIn Clients is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Analysis Specialist to join our finance team. This role is key in evaluating project and operational costs, identifying areas for efficiency, and supporting management in financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should be skilled in data analysis, financial modeling, and cost optimization with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze cost structures, financial data, and budgets to identify trends and variances.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and profitability analysis.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and project teams to monitor cost drivers.
  • Conduct break-even, margin, and variance analysis for projects and operations.
  • Support pricing strategies and business case development through accurate cost modeling.
  • Recommend cost-saving measures and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, or management accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
