Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Architect to join our team for a high-profile infrastructure project based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design activities, ensuring design quality, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design development for infrastructure-related buildings and structures (e.g., transport terminals, stations, control rooms, public amenities, etc.).
• Oversee design submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, client standards, and international best practices.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines (MEP, Structural, Civil) and external consultants and contractors.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and site inspections.
• Provide guidance to junior architects and CAD technicians.
• Assist in value engineering and design optimization processes.
• Prepare and present design reports and documentation to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including infrastructure or public sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards, and construction methodologies in KSA.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of interdisciplinary coordination and technical integration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Previous experience working in a consultancy environment, preferably with multinational firms.
