About The Role
An exciting opportunity to join the Qatar Airways Outstations Team to support operations in Neom. The Senior Airport Services Agent will provide quality service to passengers in check‑in, boarding, special services, lounges, and baggage handling in accordance with QR’s commercial and safety standards.

Your Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Constant liaison with Check‑in, transfer desk and related areas for smooth passenger acceptance.
  • Liaise with Check‑in, transfer desk and support Airport Services Supervisor in all areas.
  • Escort and direct arriving/departing passengers to hotel desk, visa counter, transfer desk, premium lounges and boarding gates.
  • Assist duty officer to handle company material and records.
  • Liaison with GHA for quick processing of hotel and transfer passengers.
  • Work with GHA and ensure smooth passenger handling.
  • Assist passengers regarding entry requirements, visas, residence permits.
  • Ensure passengers are assisted smoothly through airport facilities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient unit function.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience, at least 1 year in Airport Operations of a leading airline.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • High energy and positive attitude for a high‑pressure environment.
  • DCS experience and knowledge of ticketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage mishandled baggage services, including service recovery.
  • Ideally completed courses in Passenger Handling and Customer Services.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
