Role Summary
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving APCO’s digital initiatives for our clients in Riyadh. Responsibilities
- Lead digital strategy engagements with a focus on analytics, user experience, and influencer engagement.
- Identify strategic challenges and define digital, communications, and business needs for clients.
- Recommend strategic directions and execute hands-on delivery when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, creative, and technology disciplines.
- Coordinate with colleagues across APCO’s regional offices to ensure integrated solutions.
- Develop strategic responses to RFPs, including creative and tactical execution plans.
- Support client service teams in growing key accounts and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Manage large-scale projects and events involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Propose new research initiatives, methodologies, and strategic products to enhance APCO’s offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership and foster debate within the strategy team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a digital strategy or communications role.
- Proven success in delivering strategic projects with measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including social media, SEO, SEM, web development, and digital advertising.
- Strong project management skills and technical proficiency in content development.
- Proficiency in analytics and big data tools used in digital strategy.
- Exceptional communication and client management capabilities.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and strategic storytelling.
- Experience managing clients across various industries and cultural backgrounds.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment based in Riyadh, KSA.
