Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology
Experience: 5–6+ years of SAP PM Consulting experience, including 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
Monthly Salary Package: 15,000 SAR
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration
- Proven expertise in business requirement gathering, functional specification writing, and business blueprint drafting
- Skilled in GAP analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), training material preparation, and cutover activities
- Experience in preparing test scripts and solution documentation
- Experience in Utilities Industry (preferred)
- Knowledge in building end-to-end custom solutions in SAP FIORI and integrating with cross-SAP modules
- Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and high-level design documents for applications, workflows, interfaces, and reports
- Integration experience with SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP HR, and SAP PS
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Language fluency in Arabic (preferred)
Language Requirements: English (Arabic preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP PM module configuration and implementation activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Draft functional specifications, business blueprints, and high-level design documentation
- Conduct GAP analysis and propose solutions to close gaps
- Support testing phases including UAT, integration, and regression testing
- Develop and deliver training materials and user guides for business teams
- Lead cutover planning and execution for SAP PM implementations
- Build end-to-end custom solutions in SAP FIORI for business requirements
- Work on integration scenarios with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, HR, PS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and process improvements
- Provide ongoing production support and resolve incidents related to SAP PM
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with best practices
