Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth for our managed services offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, cybersecurity, and B2B sales, with a proven ability to develop strategies, build relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for managed services, including MDR, GRC, cloud security, and IT assurance solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure high-value contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
