Job summary

A regional service provider seeks a Sales Engineer/Executive for Fire Service & Maintenance. The role involves generating leads, preparing technical solutions and quotations, and ensuring compliance with fire codes across various locations in KSA including Dammam and Riyadh. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in Engineering with significant experience in the fire service industry.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in fire protection or service & Maintenance sales.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Valid KSA driver’s license preferred.

Job Title

Sales Engineer/ Executive – Fire Service & Maintenance

Locations: Dammam, Yanbu, Riyadh, Jubail – All Across KSA

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close sales for AMC/service contracts.
• Conduct site surveys and propose technical solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations and tenders.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for execution and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA/local fire codes and Civil Defense regulations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for service and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales.
• Prepare and submit technically sound quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Present service solutions to clients, address technical queries, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with facility managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Liaise with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely execution of services as per contract terms.
• Monitor ongoing contracts for performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Address client complaints or service issues in coordination with service teams.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering.
• Minimum 05-10 years’ experience in fire protection or service & Maintenance sales.
• Strong knowledge of FA/FF systems and standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid KSA driver’s license (preferred).
