Role Description

FILMOLOGY Productions is seeking a strategic and detail-driven Sales & Business Development Lead to manage the full lifecycle of our commercial pipeline—from lead intake to tender submission. If you’re a master of CRM systems, client discovery, cost estimation, and supplier coordination, this is your arena.

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives on numbers, negotiations, and nurturing client relationships. You’ll be the connective tissue between incoming leads and creative execution—ensuring every opportunity is tracked, scoped, and submitted with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the CRM pipeline from lead intake to final quotation submission.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with clients and internal teams to define scope and creative direction.
  • Coordinate with Creative Directors and Producers to align proposals with production capabilities.
  • Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and tender documentation with accuracy and strategic insight.
  • Source and negotiate quotes from freelancers, suppliers, and rental partners.
  • Analyze budgets, margins, and pricing strategies using Excel and financial tools.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals, tenders, and commercial documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications, quotations, and project status.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Uphold Filmology’s brand standards in all client-facing materials and communications.
Qualifications
  • Expert as Producer or line Producer is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or production coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in media production, advertising, or creative industries is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and proposals with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tender processes, supplier sourcing, and cost estimation workflows.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling and client success.
