Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist local and international clients, delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience aligned with Damiani’s values and standards.
• Present and promote Damiani collections, conveying the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and excellence.
• Manage the full sales process — from initial contact to after-sales service and client loyalty.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall business performance.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Support boutique operations and collaborate effectively with the store team and management to maintain brand consistency.
