We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide desk-side support to Lenovo employees in our Riyadh office. This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations, particularly for executives and high-priority users.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site technical support for desktop technologies, including MS Windows, MS Office Suite, and related systems.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including setting up new devices, configuring user accounts, and ensuring employees have the tools they need from day one.
  • Manage Helpdesk requests efficiently and provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Support large-scale events and high-profile meetings, ensuring smooth IT setup and operations.
  • Work closely with Lenovo executives and their assistants to address IT requirements and manage expectations effectively.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and high-quality IT support with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Be available for after-hours support as required.
