We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Abha. The RCM Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing revenue cycle operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely claims submission, effective collections, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This position supports financial sustainability while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within a healthcare environment.
- Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, denials management, and collections.
- Proficiency in healthcare billing systems, EMR/HIS platforms, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- High attention to detail with strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is preferred.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily revenue cycle operations including billing, coding coordination, claims submission, follow‑ups, and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance and self‑pay claims.
- Monitor, review, and resolve rejected, denied, and pending claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
- Oversee accurate patient billing, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor revenue cycle performance indicators such as AR days, denial rates, and collection ratios.
- Support month‑end closing activities and revenue reporting.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
- Supervise, guide, and train RCM staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient financial and medical information.
- Report operational issues, trends, and performance outcomes to management.
